Hi, I have been searching for device part number with marking code, 24251. This is a Texas Instrument part and its a 8pin SOIC device. The closest I get is the BQ series which is not the device that matches.
Could anyone please help me obtain the datasheet and correct part number.

Hi All,

I am repairing a SHARP LED backlight TV model no. LC-50LE458X.

Fuse F3804 (2.5A, 250V), +12V (POWER PCB ASS'Y, CEP968A) is opened due to a fault in the Main Board.

On testing, one transistor, SMD MARKING CODE G6T is shorted on the main board.

Has anyone had the service manual of the MAIN UNIT, T.S512.901A, and any suggestion to follow this problem?
