I purchased one analog "ON delay Interval" timer about 8-9 months back in which one 6Pin SMD SOT23-6 component is there on which marking code is as"20M2" after 2-3 months I purchased again same product of different batch no and the component at that location is having marking code "20Y7" I am unable to get the part No. Please any one HELP.
