Cooltube CPT-1R TAKAMINE

Hello,
I'm new on this forum.
I'm trying to repair a tube preamp for a gitar Takamine.
This is a japanese product and there are SMD components I cannot identify, and i don't have the schematic.
I looked about everywhere on internet in order to find the schematic but without success. If some one cen provide it to me it will be really helpful.
regarding the unidentified SMD the following indications are marked on:
1- one is like a sot23 with 6 pins (3 one both sides)
JQ
 5
K1
2- anotherone is also like a sot23 with 5 pins (2 on one side and 3 on the other side)
