Identifying SMD transistor

I am trying to identify a transistor, all I have so for is that it is a SOT 23, the markings on it are t 1P 88, if anyone could help, I would be very grateful.

As a matter of interest what does the t and the 88 stand for ?  I am guessing the 88 is month and year maybe, but cannot work out the t
