Location to submit entries to the SMD Chart

As the title states, is there a thread for submitting entries to the SMD table:

For example here is one that isn't listed (has three different markings depending on country of origin).

Part: MMBT2222A
Manufacturer: NXP
Type: NPN Switching Transistor
Package: SOT23
Markings: 7Cp (Made in HK), 7Ct (Made in Malaysia), 7CW (Made In China)
Datasheet: http://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/MMBT2222A.pdf

It would be convenient to be able to submit thhings like this in one thread.
