through hole npn digital transistor

Hi to anyone who can help, i am trying to find an npn transistor with the number A431,i have tried searching on line under the numbers A431  2SKA431  SK431 etc but am not finding a data sheet so i can find the same transistor or an equivelent,i would appreciate it if anyone could tell me where to get an A431 NPN transistor or or an equivelent match,

Most likely this is not the transistor, and the Programmable Voltage Reference A431.
