TV LCD LG 32SL8000

Hi all!
I'm repairing this tv which doesn't turn on. Only stands in stby!
It olny has the 5V, thus the other tensions only appear after the turn on order from main board.
Has anyone the service manual and any suggestion to follow this problem?!
