hoping someone can help with the spec of a W2D transistor. closest I can find is a W2E and im not sure its the same spec?

i am also looking for w2d transistor datasheet but the one i have is in SOT89 package and the PMSTA92 transistor you told is in SOT323 package, so are you sure it is the same transistor? and what is the name of device in SOT89 package ... i want to buy it but dont have its name and datasheet. Please help...
