Could the moderators increase the file size limitation to at least 1MB per file and per post. I do not want to upload the file to those dreadful filesharing sites.

The PDF file is 851 KB but I can only upload files with a maximum size of 640 KB. I do not want to split this ULTRA SMALL file in two parts.
