Hello
I have an SMD component which I´d like to identify using the Marking Code.
Unfortunately, search engines and lists did not produce the desired result. In the hope that you can help me here can the key data:
- IC
- probably SOT23-6 or SOT26
- PWM controller in a switching power supply (TOPOW 1850-98)
- Marking Code: M q1 35 (see photo) - sorry, could not attach the file - upload folder full
- Wiring diagram see attachment
