Title: Unknow code, HELP!

Hi,

I´m having some problems to find a component, the SMD code is ZTXP, I attached and Image so you can see it.
I look for it in a lot of pages and I could not find it
Please help me!!

I think this is the one I was looking for.
Is ther some replacement for this, from other manufacturer company? I can´t get it.
