Title: M122: 8 pin SMD chip
Post by: MrPossible on 28 May 2013, 17:36:21
Hello

I have to replace a IC chip 8 pin SMD with the labeling M122.
In the seconds line it says G9941. But this is most likely not interesting.
Does anybody have an idea what kind of chip it could be?
The package must be something like TSSOP or SOP. Not so familiar with all those names.
Pin distance is ca. 1.1mm I measured. 2 lines (no BGA or Quad flat package or something like that.
A "normal" 8 pin SMD IC.

Thanks, regards Tobi.

Thanks for chick reply.
I tried always to find M122 in combination with G9941. And this didn't make any useful search results.

Do you also know where to buy this chip? Farnell and Digikey don't have it.

Regards
