Dear Friends,
I read 4 characters on a SOT 23-6 case device which are:
'305' and a horizontally flipped 'J'
Please help to find the device type.

In what device it is installed? Expected type of component?
Take a photo of it and adjacent components.

Pin 2 and 5 is tied to ground. 1 and 3 is externally connected to digital I/O (probably out). 4 and 5 is connected to shunt resistors as far as I can guess which are connected to current source ...
No power supplied. It looks like transistor pair?
